Visited lower pierce reservoir on 1 Nov 2011. It was raining in the afternoon, but luckily it cleared pretty much by the evening and there was blue hour that day! Reached there around 4+ 5PM.
The blue hour comes from the French expression l'heure bleue, which refers to the period of twilight each morning and evening where there is neither full daylight nor complete darkness. The time is considered special because of the quality of the light at this time of day.
Here’s the very classic shot of the hut in the middle of lower pierce.
A great location to unwind and relax.
There were around 4 people fishing, despite the sign clearly said no. Well, they’re good subjects for photos so who cares!
It’s upside down if didn’t realise. The water there is very clear and are great for taking reflections.
That’s all for this post.
